Terms of Service
The terms for using Anamor, including the free trial and purchases. Read them together with our Privacy Policy.
1. Acceptance of terms
By downloading and using ‘Anamor’ (hereinafter referred to as the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
2. Use of the App and platform requirements
Purpose of service. The App is designed to visualize user ideas as 3D mind maps within the Apple Vision Pro (visionOS) environment.
Restrictions on use. The App is for personal, non-commercial use only. Reverse engineering, modification, or the creation of derivative works based on the App is strictly prohibited.
Requirements. The App requires visionOS 26.2 or later. Performance may vary depending on the device condition and data size.
3. Spatial computing safety and interaction
Safety responsibility. The App provides an immersive environment. Users are solely responsible for clearing obstacles from their surroundings before use. We are not liable for any physical injury or device damage that occurs during use (Assumption of Risk).
Hand tracking. Hand tracking technology is used for gesture recognition. This data is processed locally on the device in an ephemeral manner and is strictly not transmitted externally or stored on our servers.
4. Intellectual property and content ownership
Our assets. All text, graphics, logos, 3D rendering engine code, and software within the App are the property of the Developer.
User assets. Mind map nodes, text, links, and project data created by the user are the sole property of the user. These are stored as OPML files in a folder chosen by the user, with note bodies kept inside the same file. We do not access or modify user content without consent.
5. In-app purchases (Apple Guideline 3.1.2)
Free trial. A 14-day trial with full access begins automatically the first time the user opens the App. No payment information and no sign-up are required.
After the trial. When the trial ends, editing is locked. Existing mind maps and notes remain readable, and the files remain in the user’s folder regardless of purchase status.
Anamor Pro. A single one-time purchase permanently unlocks editing. This is not a subscription and does not auto-renew.
Restoration. Users can restore prior purchase history for free via the Restore Purchases button when changing devices.
Legacy subscriptions. Users who subscribed in an earlier version keep their subscription under Apple’s terms until they cancel. New subscriptions are no longer offered.
Payment and refunds. All payments are processed via Apple ID, and refund rights and procedures are subject to Apple’s policies.
6. Disclaimer for AI analysis results (professional disclaimer)
Nature of information. Analysis and suggestions provided by the AI Agent are non-professional reference materials intended solely to assist in data organization.
Disclaimer. The AI analysis cannot replace professional legal, financial, psychological, or medical diagnosis/advice. The user is solely responsible for all final decisions made based on the AI analysis results.
7. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
As-is provision. The App is provided on an “AS-IS” basis, and we do not guarantee 100% visualization performance or data integrity.
Data management responsibility. The App reads and writes files in a folder chosen by the user. We are not responsible for data loss due to user negligence (e.g., failure to back up).
Limitation of liability. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the user for the App or subscription.
8. Account deletion and amendments
Deletion. Users may delete their account at any time via the Settings › Account › Delete Account menu within the App. Upon deletion, all data stored on our servers, including account information, is deleted, and the user is signed out on this device.
User files are not deleted. Deleting an account does not delete mind maps or notes. They are the user’s files in the user’s folder, and only the user can remove them. Account deletion does not affect a purchase already made.
Amendments. We may amend these terms if necessary. Significant changes will be announced within the App. Continued use of the App for more than 7 days after notice without objection constitutes agreement to the changes.
